Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in ITSM and ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge hands-on development experience and the ability to provide technical leadership within the team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design build and optimize ServiceNow solutions that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on ITSM and integrations.
Lead technical discussions guide the development team and ensure best practices are followed.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications modules workflows and scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub APIs and other tools.
Perform system troubleshooting upgrades and performance optimization.
Ensure adherence to coding standards documentation and compliance requirements.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request etc.).
Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub etc.).
Solid understanding of JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer and client/server scripts.
Ability to technically lead a development team and ensure high-quality deliveries.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with ITOM HRSD CMDB and AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Discovery Service Mapping Event Management or Virtual Agent.
