Job Description

Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship at Beech House School

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Operative (Caretaker) Apprentice to join our team at an independent school. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the school site is safe secure clean and well-maintained supporting both pupils and staff on a daily basis.

Apprenticeship Overview:

  • Salary: 13741 per annum
  • Working Week:Monday to Friday 10:30 am till 6 pm
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Duration:12 months
  • Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship standard qualification
  • Online training supported by our dedicated tutor

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship standard qualification.

Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentices needs the frequency of these sessions may vary.

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Pre-employment checks. Please be aware that upon a successful offer of employment the company completes digitalised right-to-work checks and DBS applications via an external provider - Matrix Screening.
