This Summer Internship offers a launchpad like no other. Youll be supported by experienced professionals and exposed to our innovative digital Consulting tools. From early May through mid-August 2026 youll dive into real client work learning how businesses operate and how trust is built through consulting services. Youll be guided through the consulting process by experienced professionals and gain exposure to our market-leading digital tools. Youll benefit from a rich internship experience that includes meetings with firm leadership interactive lunch and learns skill-building workshops client visits and opportunities to participate in volunteer and social events.

Experiences and Skills Youll Use to Solve:
As an intern at our Workforce Transformation Practice youll help clients navigate disruption unlock talent potential and build a future-ready workforce and organization. Working within an integrated team youll apply strategic thinking alongside PwCs global approaches and advanced tools to deliver impactful solutions that rethink operating models optimize HR functions and enable sustainable workforce and culture transformations.
This internship provides a unique launchpad to build your consulting skills work alongside seasoned professionals and see the real impact of your contributions. Youll engage with firm leaders participate in client sessions and be part of a vibrant inclusive culture fueled by collaboration and curiosity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support client teams through all project phasesfrom strategy to implementation
Conduct market research analyze data and identify insights to inform client recommendations
Help create project deliverables client presentations and proposal materials
Build your and your teams technical expertise across local national and global networks
Participate in professional development networking events and community initiatives
Stay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and strengthen your PwC brand
What youll bring to this role:
Enrolled in second or third year of post-secondary programs in Business Commerce Analytics Human Resources Engineering Social Sciences or a related field.
Strong curiosity self-motivation and passion for client-focused innovation and continuous learning
Flexibility and resilience to navigate ambiguity and change in dynamic client environments
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with presentation design and facilitation
Familiarity or keen interest in design thinking talent management change management HR or workforce
Knowledge or experience with technology AI digital analytics tools cloud-based technology implementations and HR or enterprise systems (e.g. SAP Workday Microsoft)
Exceptional attention to detail organization and analytical mindset
Wed love it even more if youre bilingual in English and French however this isnt a requirement.
