Were seeking a Workforce Planner to coordinate the installation and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment across South Australia.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring venues are set up for success working closely with both internal teams and external partners to make it all happen.
What Youll Do
- Arrange and coordinate the installation removal and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment
- Plan and schedule daily jobs ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
- Be the key link between venue operators service teams and suppliers
- Keep stakeholders updated and manage expectations with professionalism
- Support team operations with accurate records scheduling and follow-up
What Youll Bring
- Experience working in gaming wagering or hospitality you know how venues operate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep things moving
- Great organisation and time management you can juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive detail-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new systems
