We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Caribbean Travel Planner to join our team. As a Travel Planner you will guide clients through the reservation process and provide personalized recommendations to ensure stress-free travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and booking travel to Caribbean destinations including flights resorts cruises and activities.
Provide detailed information on destinations travel requirements and available packages.
Respond to client inquiries through phone email or online platforms in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
Stay informed on travel promotions seasonal offerings and special deals.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues professionally.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Comfort using booking platforms or computer systems.
Prior customer service or travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
