HP EMEA Payroll Organization is looking for an experienced motivated and energetic Payroll Professional.

Key Responsibilities
Support accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple countries ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Validate payroll inputs (e.g. new hires terminations salary changes overtime benefits bonuses and deductions).
Collaborate with HR Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy of data and payments.
Tax filings and statutory reports.
Assist in payroll-related projects and process improvements contributing to efficiency and compliance.
Seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes and procedures with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement. Engaging in the design and implementation of the solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
24 years of payroll experience preferably in a multinational environment.
Knowledge of local payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements.
Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS preferably SAP HR.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Attention to detail analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with employees vendors and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
Very good knowledge of English. Another language is a strong asset.
