Job Description

Payroll Specialist/Modszy Specjalista ds. Naliczania Pac

Description -

HP EMEA Payroll Organization is looking for an experienced motivated and energetic Payroll Professional.

If you are fast-paced detail-oriented and have advanced payroll knowledge and payroll system We welcome you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple countries ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

  • Validate payroll inputs (e.g. new hires terminations salary changes overtime benefits bonuses and deductions).

  • Collaborate with HR Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.

  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy of data and payments.

  • Tax filings and statutory reports.

  • Assist in payroll-related projects and process improvements contributing to efficiency and compliance.

  • Seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes and procedures with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement. Engaging in the design and implementation of the solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 24 years of payroll experience preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Knowledge of local payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements.

  • Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS preferably SAP HR.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

  • Attention to detail analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with employees vendors and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.

  • Very good knowledge of English. Another language is a strong asset.
