You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Global Educational Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students in pursuing higher education opportunities across international destinations including the USA UK Ireland Australia France and other countries. The role demands strong communication counseling and target-driven skills to successfully convert student inquiries into registrations for ISHVIs free admission and visa services.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Engagement
Actively interact with prospective students to understand their aspirations and guide them in choosing suitable universities and programs.
Provide updated and accurate information on universities courses deadlines tuition fees scholarships and admission processes.
Convince students to register for ISHVIs free admission and visa guidance services.
Set the right expectations regarding admissions costs timelines and outcomes.
Shortlisting & Application Support
Shortlist universities country-wise based on students academic background career goals and financial capacity.
Collect and verify all admission documents required for applications.
Guide students through the payment of application fees and university deposits.
Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-up with universities.
Target Achievement & Outreach
Make 200250 daily calls to prospective students and maintain effective follow-ups.
Ensure high conversion rates from initial calls to student registrations.
Meet daily weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
Admission & Visa Guidance
Provide detailed guidance on admission and visa documentation processes.
Coordinate with universities vendors and partners to ensure smooth application handling.
Assist with visa preparation and counseling on required financial and supporting documents.
CRM & Technology Management
Maintain regular updates on the ISHVI App and CRM system.
Track student interactions status updates and application progress on CRM.
Generate and analyze reports to measure performance and improve conversion.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (preferred in Education Management or related fields).
Proven experience in student counseling admissions or education consultancy.
Excellent communication persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with international education systems (USA UK Ireland Australia France etc.).
Proficiency in using CRM tools and mobile applications.
