A leading top-tier law firm in Dublin is seeking a talented and technically strong Corporate Solicitor to join its renowned Charities & Not-for-Profit Group.
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about corporate governance charities and the not-for-profit sector. You will work with some of the most respected professionals in the field advising a diverse range of clients including philanthropic foundations trusts social enterprises educational institutions and national and international charities.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on corporate governance regulatory compliance and restructuring for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Supporting clients through complex incorporations mergers and reorganisations.
Providing guidance on charity law fundraising regulation and board governance.
Building strong client relationships through proactive solution-focused legal advice.
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified solicitor (ideally 2 years PQE) with a strong background in corporate law.
A genuine interest in the charitable and not-for-profit sector.
Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
