Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals
Create a welcoming customer-focused showroom environment
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive volume and profitability

Collaborate with finance service and marketing departments
Ensure compliance with Subaru brand standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
3 years of automotive sales experience including 1 year in management
Proven success in a high-volume dealership
Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
