Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals
- Create a welcoming customer-focused showroom environment
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive volume and profitability
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback
- Collaborate with finance service and marketing departments
- Ensure compliance with Subaru brand standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive sales experience including 1 year in management
- Proven success in a high-volume dealership
- Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
