Job Description
- Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of Architectural and C&S works for the A&A works to staff housing blocks
- Ensure construction compliance to local Codes Building Control Regulations and Standards
- To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
- Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
- Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards
- Maintain and update site records on project progress
- Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing material delivered to site
- Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma in C&S Engineering / Building/ Architecture / Architectural Technology
- Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES
- Minimum 5 years experience as RTO on local projects
- Experience in supervision of similar residential project would be added advantage
- Contract Period : estimated 38 months
- Commencement Date : estimated Nov 2020
