Job Overview:

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers. This role involves developing strategic sales plans managing a sales pipeline and working closely with Sales Development Representatives to achieve targets. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Regular tracking of sales performance and providing updates to leadership are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
  • Prospect forecast build and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
  • Formulating a compelling annual plan enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
  • Cross-functional engagement with Marketing Sales Engineering Partnerships Customer Success and HR.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
