Were looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic European sales team. This entry-level role is designed to give you the foundational skills and mentorship you need to thrive focusing on our cutting-edge Identity Verification (IDV) and Electronic Signature SaaS solutions. You will be targeting the thriving Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) market across Europe helping businesses operate securely and efficiently.

What Youll Learn to Do & Own:

This is a fast-paced role where you will be an indispensable part of the sales engine. Youll gain end-to-end sales experience that sets you up for future promotion:

  • Become a Sales Cycle Expert: Youll learn to drive the full sales cycle from the very first contact to closing the deal for our SaaS solutions.

  • Manage and Qualify Opportunities: Youll be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and learn to proactively prospect to generate new leads identifying key decision-makers and using sophisticated methodologies (like BANT) to qualify and prioritize the best opportunities.

  • Consult and Educate: Youll develop strong business acumen understanding client needs and clearly articulating the value of our complex security solutions through compelling remote product demonstrations.

  • Achieve and Progress: Youll learn to maintain a robust sales pipeline and work toward consistently meeting quarterly sales quotas setting the stage for future financial and career growth.

  • Collaborate and Master Tools: Youll become proficient with industry-standard CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools maintaining accurate records. Youll work directly with our experienced Sales Executives marketing and product teams benefiting from direct mentorship and collaborative strategies.

Your Foundation for Success:

While this is an entry-level career opportunity were looking for candidates with the passion and core skills ready to be polished.

  • You have at least 2 years of commercial experience with a preference for a background in customer-facing roles technology or sales support.

  • A bachelors or masters degree is highly preferred.

  • You are a Fluent Dutch & English speaker (Spanish is a bonus). Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

  • You are self-motivated proactive and genuinely curious about technology able to quickly grasp and articulate the benefits of SaaS solutions.

  • You are customer-focused and skilled at building professional relationships.

  • You are a driven individual ready to be trained in effective sales techniques and goal attainment.
