What this job involves:
The Associate Director/Senior Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall performance of the Office & Industrial management team. Working in close collaboration with the senior members of the QLD Property Management team the role will oversee the Assistant Property Managers and Property Managers to ensure we maximise our service offering and reduce overall risk to the management portfolio whilst also managing a small portfolio of assets.
The role will play a vital role in strategic planning and co-ordination for their direct reports as well as assisting for the Queensland portfolio.

The Associate Director/Senior Property Manager will be a seasoned professional with 5 years in property/asset management particularly with prime grade office buildings and proven success in lease negotiations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to manage and develop our property team combined with excellent communication abilities to represent our clients and stakeholders. Youll need comprehensive knowledge of the office sector strong financial acumen and experience managing profit centres while preparing detailed asset plans and budgets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded professional who can identify value-add opportunities develop strategic leasing plans and drive capital works initiatives.
A tertiary qualification in property or related field is preferred along with retail property exposure.
