Role Overview
As the Business Developer you are responsible for identifying pursuing and securing new business opportunities within the multifamily property management sector. This role focuses on expanding third-party management contracts and strategic partnerships to support the companys growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep industry knowledge strong relationship-building skills and a track record of successful business development in real estate or property management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Finance or related field; MBA or CPM preferred
- 5 years of business development experience in multifamily property management real estate investment or related industry
- Strong network of industry contacts within the multifamily investment or ownership space
- Proven ability to close complex deals and grow market share
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
- Strategic thinker with analytical and financial acumen
- Collaborative and persuasive with strong executive presence
- Highly organized and results-driven
