About the Role
At Chubb Life we believe in empowering our customers to protect what matters most to them. As an Outbound Sales Consultant youll play a vital role in helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday role thats perfect for individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment enjoy meaningful conversations and love the challenge of exceeding expectations.

This role demands a unique blend of resilience self-motivation and empathy. Youll need to effectively connect with customers persist through challenges drive your own success and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

In this key role youll

  • Use your exceptional sales skills to proactively engage with customers manage assigned sales leads and initiate conversations about their insurance needs.
  • Align product features with customer needs providing straight-forward solutions that provide protection to the people that are most important to them.
  • Deliver quotes and guide customers through the insurance application process including health and lifestyle assessments.
  • Address concerns educate customers and empower them to make informed decisions.

This role requires a unique blend ofresilience self-motivation and empathy. Youll need to connect with customers persist through challenges and drive your own success while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.

To be successful and grow in this role you will ideally bring the following

  • Experience in a phone-based sales role or a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
  • High energy positivity and motivation to bring your best self to work every day.
  • A passion for identifying and seizing opportunities to help your customers.
