Identify and qualify leads in the target market and set up appointments
Research target accounts identify decision-makers and execute strategic outreach
Work closely with the sales team to create business opportunities
Manage customer information and progress using CRM tools
Develop and execute activities to achieve KPIs and performance goals

Qualifications:
1 year of experience as a BDR or in inside sales
Experience in SaaS cloud solutions or IT industry preferred
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Strong communication and self-management skills
Comfortable working in a remote environment
