The Role: Sports Coordinator
- Lead Coaches: Support train and empower volunteer coaches to run engaging practices and teach fundamentals with energy and confidence.
- Set the Tone: Model i9 Sports values of fun safety teamwork and sportsmanshipboth on and off the field.
- Game Day Leadership: Oversee operations problem-solve in real time and ensure games run smoothly and positively.
- Inspire Players: Encourage kids of all skill levels celebrate their progress and make their sports experience unforgettable.
- Connect with Families: Build strong relationships with parents and coaches to foster community and trust.
