Corporate Administrator Sidney OH
Are you detail-oriented organized and ready to play a key role in keeping a growing company running smoothly Kirk NationaLease is seeking a Corporate Administrator to assist our operations support team as it relates to invoice and estimate portal submissions and processes across the company. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy efficiency and teamwork.

Your Role:
As a Corporate Administrator you will be responsible for processing invoices purchase orders portal entries etc. Youll ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with company standards while supporting managers and administrative staff. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist operations and breakdown teams with purchase order requests/approvals.
  • Upload all portal invoices to respective customers.
  • Ensure invoices and estimates meet company standards for accuracy labor times and compliance.
  • Support administrative assistants and managers with billing inquiries.
  • Ensure timely updates uploads and approvals of invoices and estimates.
  • Keep shared files SOP and directories current.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer profiles documentation and reporting.

What Were Looking For:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret business and technical documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with invoicing estimating or administrative processes preferred
