Responsibilities
We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patients to perform blood collection specimen processing and assist in clerical duties.
Located in Phoenix AZ this position is critical to the success of St. Josephs Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma / GED
Six months laboratory-related experience
American Heart Association BLS
Completion of Laboratory Assistant program
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Phlebotomy and processing experience
AA degree in a chemical or biological science
Completion of phlebotomy training program
