The Office of Institutional Compliance & Internal Audit is seeking diligent and motivated applicants. Responsibilities
Assist in conducting internal audits under the supervision of senior auditors. Participate in the planning execution and reporting phases of audit engagements. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations for enhancement. Collaborate with team members to ensure audits are completed within established timelines. Maintain organized audit files and documentation for future reference. Assist with designing and writing content for newsletters and websites controlled by the Office of Institutional Compliance & Internal Audit. Work with various departments to ensure accurate information and links are displayed on websites controlled by the Office of Institutional Compliance & Internal Audit. Analyze data related to auditing and compliance matters. Assist with managing inventory promotional materials associated to ethics awareness. Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled maintaining a minimum course load of 6 credit hours. Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking abilities suitable for addressing complex compliance and audit tasks. Exhibits exceptional attention to detail. Hands-on experience with word processors and spreadsheets. Capable of working both independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team.
