Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cruise Reservations Representative to join our this fully remote role you will assist clients with planning and booking cruise vacations managing itineraries and providing expert travel support. Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences destinations and travel needs.

Research and recommend cruise itineraries cabins and packages tailored to client goals.

Manage the reservation process including bookings confirmations changes and special requests.

Communicate with cruise line partners to ensure accurate pricing availability and policy details.

Stay informed about current promotions seasonal offers and emerging cruise destinations.

Maintain organized records of bookings client preferences and communications in the CRM system.

Provide responsive professional assistance to clients throughout their pre-departure journey.
Qualifications
