Multifamily Superintendent
Location: Nashville TN
Relocation: Yes
Salary: $125000 - $155000 (DOE)

Position Summary
The Lead Superintendent will manage all aspects of a site from scheduling to safety to performance & quality. You will touch all daily operations onsite including the project staff and subcontractors. Plans directs and coordinates activities of the designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished by professionally developing working relationships with subs vendors and company management personnel.

Key Ideals
- Must have several (8) years of experience building Multifamily Garden StyleStudent-Housing OR Podium Wrap type projects from start-up through completion.
- Preferred experience also withcast-in-place andprecast garageconstruction is preferred
- Proven experience on running large sites (Trees-to-Keys) and successful completion of schedule budget client satisfaction and safety.
- Proven record of successful project completion and healthy sub/vendor relationships in the area.
- MULTIFAMILY Construction Experience (New Projects $30-60MM in Value)
- Garden / Student-Housing Style project experience is required
- Scheduling Expertise
- Communication skills
- Negotiating Contracts skills
- Ability to work wellwith a team & manage multiple employeesas needed
- Impeccable organizational skills
- 8 years of (Multifamily) construction superintendent experience in theground-up /new-construction industry with Multifamily (wood-frame) style projects completed.
- Bachelors degree preferred OR industry experience within new-construction projects in the multifamily industry.
