Project Size: $40 Million Garden Style Apartment with Duplex development.

Position Summary

So this is a lead Superintendent role. Youd be the one running the site day-to-day keeping the team and subs moving and making sure the job stays on schedule and budget. Pretty straightforwardsometimes youll handle things yourself other times through your supervisors.

Must have 7 years of experience leading the process in building Garden or Podium Wrap type projects from start up through completion. This is a must-have requirement so please only apply if you meet it

Experience also withcast-in-place andprecast garageconstruction is preferred
Proven experience on running large sites and successful completion of schedule budget client satisfaction and safety.

Additional Responsibilities

Negotiate changes with subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety policies and contracts
Coordinate project activities with staff and subs
Review reports schedules and adjust as needed
Meet with project teams to resolve issues and give direction
Oversee project execution: safety budget schedule quality equipment and resources
Ensure project commitments are met on time
Review and approve pay estimates invoices and change orders
Lead status meetings and problem-solving efforts
Contribute to estimating/bid process during procurement
Handle additional duties as assigned including travel for meetings site visits and training

Garden / Walk-Up Style project experience required
