Position Overview

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman for a national travel position. This individual will lead plumbing crews on large-scale commercial projects across the U.S. ensuring quality installations safety compliance and timely completion.

This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent compensation travel benefits and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee commercial plumbing installations on active job sites.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to guide project execution.
Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews to meet project deadlines.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and plumbing codes.
Collaborate with project managers general contractors and inspectors.
Mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Manage materials scheduling and jobsite documentation.

Requirements

5 years of commercial plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems layouts and commercial project sequencing.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in the field.
Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with multiple trades.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel nationally.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
