Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain software solutions that leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Research evaluate and implement new AI tools APIs and platforms to enhance business processes.
Collaborate with business owners and teams to identify automation opportunities and build custom solutions.
Develop AI-driven workflows bots and integrations that reduce manual work and improve productivity.
Maintain code quality documentation and version control practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and best practices and recommend innovative solutions for adoption.
Support integration of AI solutions with CRM systems scheduling platforms and other productivity tools.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing AI workflows and software applications.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role with hands-on experience in AI/automation projects.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python JavaScript or similar.
Experience with AI platforms APIs and tools (e.g. OpenAI ChatGPT LangChain Zapier Make or similar).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle version control (Git) and testing best practices.
Ability to research evaluate and adopt new technologies independently.
Strong problem-solving skills creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical teams.
Self-starter mindset comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team environment.
