Job Description

Job Title: Contracts Coordinator I

Overview:
The Contracts Coordinator I is responsible for supporting the coordination of contract programs and service maintenance agreements. This role focuses on accurate data entry timely processing of contracts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that contribute to excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain basic copier MPS and Production Print (PP) contracts.

  • Process standard contract-related transactions including billing renewals cancellations returns and addendums.

  • Assist customers with basic billing questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed.

  • Support Sales Representatives by providing contract details and usage information.

  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of contracts and agreements.

  • Ensure data accuracy when entering contract and billing information into systems.

  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.

  • Follow company policies procedures and administrative processes including timely time entry.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in contracts billing or administrative support preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.

  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • A proactive service-oriented mindset.

Schedule: Night Shift

Setup: This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
