Role: Building Services Manager

Location: Multisite role in Dublin region

You will report into the Building Services Contracts Manager and be responsible for the management of the M&E services design and installation on high density residential projects.

This is a new role and you will be responsible for leading the management of the M&E Services Design and Installation across multiple residential projects.l

Role responsibilities will include:

Project management of multiple M&E design teams
Strategic planning to ensure M&E systems are in line with handover
Advising and assisting the site construction management teams with respect to M&E processes product and system selection and onsite risk mitigation
Management of the M&E function across multiple schemes providing direction to site team to ensure best in class execution of the M&E installation.
Coaching and mentoring junior members of the Building Services Team

Role requirements include:

A third level qualification in Building Services Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Over 7 years experience in a similar role
Strong project management along with excellent communication skills
Being happy to travel between sites

Previous residential experience would be beneficial
