ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a rapidly growing IT solutions provider specializing in ERP systems and antivirus services is seeking a talented Business Development Manager.
Location: Athens (Southern Suburbs)
Working Model: On-site
You will be reporting to: CEO
What you will do:
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing the client base through upselling cross-selling and new business development in the field of ERP and cybersecurity products.
More specifically:
- Manage and develop existing client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the back-office sales team for smooth account transitions
- Participate in onboarding and product certifications provided by the company
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales ideally in B2B environment
- Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions and/or antivirus products
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and goal-driven mindset
- Academic background in business or IT is a plus but not a prerequisite.
