Production Associate, Hollow Fiber 1st Shift

The Production Associate position is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.

This position reports to the supervisor and is part of the Hollow Fiber team located in Westborough MA and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

• Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures bills of materials work instructions and process aid sheets.

• Works with team lead engineers supervisors and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

• Maintain daily production output

• Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities training sessions and employee activity teams.

Who you are:

• Must be a Contractor with Cytiva for a minimum of 90 days or a Cytiva full time employee to be considered for full time employment.

• High School Diploma or local equivalent

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.

If would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Windows 7 and 10 as well as Microsoft Office products

• Aware of and comply with Stop Order Concessions ESD Calibration Preventative Maintenance Material Identification & Segregation and Good Documentation Practices as associated with this job type/position.
