Este proceso incluye relocation a San Francisco.
Domu presenta una oportunidad para adelantar tu carrera varios pasos.
En un mapa de carrera puede tomarte ms de 5 aos tener los logros la experiencia y el perfil para conseguir una oferta para trabajar en San Francisco. Tener una YC en el cinturn trabajando en San Francisco cambia la pendiente de tu carrera para siempre.

Este proceso lo manejo yo personalmente. Te voy a dar apoyo end-to-end para inmigracin preparacin de entrevistas y counseling. Y vos vas a tener que poner todo lo que tens para tener una chance.
Los perfiles que voy a buscar tienen al menos 3 aos de experiencia laboral en una startup y necesitan estar completamente comprometidos a prepararse para esta life-changing opportunity.

What youll do
Take ownership of the entire product and make decisions at the product level instead of merely following orders.
Talk with customers.
Do what others dont want to do. You may need to get into areas like telephony.
Encourage the team to improve continuously.
Make architectural decisions.
Help shape the engineering culture.
Ensure our DX is exceptional and makes it easy to ship day 1.
Spend a significant portion of your time coding likely over 80%.
Youre a fit if
You were the first hire at another company.
You were part of a startup post-Series A from the beginning of the company.
Youre comfortable building full-stack features.
You care about product not just code.
Youve owned something meaningful end-to-end in the past (a product module an infra refactor etc).
Youre resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity. You figure things out.
