The Assistant Resort Manager serves as a supporting role to Resort Manager. The Assistant Resort Manager is responsible for the development and execution of resort operations while maintaining the integrity of Wyndham Vacation Ownership service standards. They will oversee the daily operation of all resort departments including but not limited to: Guest Services Housekeeping and Maintenance. The Assistant Resort Manager is responsible for various financial aspects of the resort and for ensuring all relationships with our guests associates sales vendors and board members are always maintained positively and professionally.

Level of decision making authority:Responsible for decisions regarding day-to-day operations of the resort ensuring a consistent functioning operations offering high levels of our Count on me Service
Level of autonomy:Must have the ability to work independently with remote supervision utilizing business partners and regional leaders ask needed to always ensure compliance and protection of assets and employee.
Impact of incumbents decisions on the organization:Judgment and decisions are impactful to the company and HOAWorks on problems of moderate score where analysis of a situation or data requires review of indefinable factors
Supervisory Responsibility:Supervises various and moderate to large size work groups Supervises leaders to associate level staff Required to partner with all vendor relations and have supervisor of expectations
Scope/Financial Responsibility:Leader will be responsible for all areas of the P and L and budget for the site. Leader will support and review each department budget and review variancesLeader will ensure all contracts are complete for vendors following all Wyndham will ensure expenses are in line with budget for all areas of the site.

Generally starting at $119000 - $123000 per year. The actual salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience education skills training and work location.Where Memories Start with You
