Paradigm Housing Group is looking for a proactive Gas Admin Support Assistant to join our Compliance Works Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high performing team and play a key role in ensuring our gas compliance records are accurate timely and well-managed.
What Youll Be Doing
Providing essential admin support for gas works and compliance tasks
Scanning and uploading gas certificates with 100% accuracy
Ordering parts and materials and helping rebook works within the required timeframes
Processing purchase orders and invoices
Liaising with internal teams field technicians and external contractors
Supporting the team leader with project-related tasks
Ensuring data entry and record-keeping meet compliance standards
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in an office environment
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
A can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes
Experience in housing or compliance admin is a bonus but not essential

Working Hours - 37 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00.
While this is not currently a permanent role we are a large organisation undergoing significant transformation. There is potential for this contract to be extended made permanent or for other opportunities to arise.
