Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business consisting of home auto and select high-value accounts.
- Handle servicing renewals endorsements and remarketing to ensure strong client retention.
- Quote and bind new business from inbound opportunities no cold calling or sales metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to deliver excellent client service.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Personal Lines experience (3 years preferred high tenure valued).
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Experience handling high-net-worth accounts is a plus.
- Professional dependable and client-focused.
- Familiarity with agency management software preferred.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 $60000 (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits package paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
