Job Description
- Develop business prepare proposals and scope for occupational hygiene services
- Development management and delivery of projects that involve chemical exposure monitoring noise exposure monitoring hazardous materials management and other occupational hazards
- Provide support and management of other environmental health and safety-related services such as health and safety compliance and due diligence audits
- Provide support to internal stakeholders regional and global teams as required
- Client relationship management
- Business development marketing and client relationship management within the Asia-Pacific region
- Preparation and review of high-quality deliverables including proposals reports and presentations
- Facilitate contract management of suppliers and sub-contractors
- Project management including tracking of project progress and profitability
- Mentoring junior staff
- Preparation of site-specific HSSE plans to manage risks to clients employees and the public
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science / Engineering Chemistry / Chemical Engineering Occupational Health and Safety or related fields with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Monitoring Noise and Vibration and Measure Exposure and Assess the Risk due to Hazardous Substances courses
- Proven technical expertise in the management and delivery of occupational and industrial hygiene consultancy services
- Experience in managing teams and project delivery
- Experience in a variety of sectors including construction manufacturing pharmaceutical power and energy in Singapore
- Strong written verbal communication and data presentation skills
- Strong commitment to safety including following established Health and Safety protocols
- Skills include:
- Analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to multi-task travel and work independently with minimal supervision
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to engage with clients directly
- Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset
- The following are desired:
- Work experience in Southeast Asia
- Certified Industrial Hygienist or Registered Industrial Hygienist
- Process safety experience
- Professional certificate in occupational hygiene
