Here at Bay Audiology our mission is to help people rediscover the joy of hearing. We offer a range of services including hearing tests hearing device fitting and maintenance andongoing support and care for our clients.

Our Client Care Coordinators provide the first interaction with clientson their hearing journeyso an exceptional customer service experience is vital. You will be part of a close knit team along with audiologists and clinic staff.

Join our team as a Client Care Coordinator full time Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM with the flexibility required to cover other clinics as required.

Were looking for someone who is adaptable reliable and ready to jump in where needed. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Responsibilities for this role include;

  • Providing gold standard client care
  • Responding to client enquiries
  • Appointment management
  • Consumable sales and invoicing
  • Conducting hearing screening checks
  • Hearing device repairs and troubleshooting

(Hearing screening and hearing aid repair experience is not necessary and full training is provided in these areas)
