The Segment
The Work and Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI) Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work Rewards & Careers (WRC). The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients. RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives.
The Role
As an intern you will support our team in delivering the main activities of the projects: levelling benchmarking rewards structures pay policies total compensation strategy variable pay design sales incentives and others in an international and diverse atmosphere.
It is important that you are able to build positive relationships with clients/prospects through work interactions and collaborate with others by conveying ideas issues and information in a fluent and logical manner and providing constructive peer feedback.
Also we are looking for someone who can support our team on projects/bids to formulate unique approaches to solve their business problems think ahead and suggest new ways of working
The Requirements
Masters degree in preferably Economics Human Resources Business Administration or Engineering.
Ability to identify and solve challenging problems drawing conclusions from data in a logical systematic and analytical way.
Pro-active with good interpersonal skills a team player.
Eye for detail and able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge of statistics.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
