W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring two Restaurant Supervisors for breakfast service and dinner service. Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food this integral role assists in the daily supervision ofoperations for our signature restaurant BTWN. Embracing its dynamic location between sweeping expressways BTWN evolves and transforms as the day unfolds to an ever-changing backdrop of Sydneys Darling Harbour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Communicates effectively between Culinary and Front of House to ensure smooth and seamless service;
- Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies standards and procedures;
- Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws;
- Strives to improve service performance and sets a positive example for guest relations;
- Assists Talent on the floor during meal periods and high demand times;
- Complete opening and closing duties including set up and cleaning of equipment;
- Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met;
- Provides feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors;
- Supervises restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager;
