Job Summary
New vehicle franchise is looking for an experienced Detail Manager to lead our team in a growing market inthe Monterey Peninsula. Were looking for a self starterwho can prioritize the work load for sales and service and effectively utilize the team to ensure high CSI and exceed customer expectations. Previous experience managing a team is preferred and bi-lingual is a plus.
Duties include:
- Oversee daily workflow from start to finish to ensure all detail services are completed efficiently.
- Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain the shops cleanliness organization and safety protocols.
Preferred Skills include:
- Leadership attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with employees customers and Management.
- Ability to create a positive experience for every client.
Qualifications include:
- Relevant experience in auto detailing with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
