Senior ITAD Sales & Business Development Lead
Location: Florida (onsite / regional focus)
Compensation: $100000 $150000 base performance incentives

RL People are working with a fast-growing global leader in electronic product distribution and lifecycle solutions with over 100 employees across the US and UAE they have built a strong reputation across wholesale and online channels for supplying enterprise-grade technology at scale. As part of their continued expansion they are entering the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services market backed by R2 certification and a trading platform that enables to buy and sell with speed and efficiency.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior ITAD Sales & Business Development Lead to spearhead our ITAD services launch in Florida. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up taking an established hardware-focused business into a high-potential services market. Youll start by developing local partnerships with businesses schools and organizations building revenue streams and positioning the organisation as a trusted ITAD provider. As success grows you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team strategy and long-term growth of ITAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for ITAD services in the Florida market with a focus on schools businesses and public-sector organizations.
- Leverage R2 certification and trading platform to deliver value-added ITAD solutions.
- Develop proposals negotiate contracts and close high-value opportunities.
- Educate customers on compliance sustainability and data security benefits of partnering with TDWUS.
- Collaborate with leadership to build out ITAD operations and sales teams over time.
- Serve as the face in the region establishing a strong market presence.
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in ITAD sales business development or related technology lifecycle solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ITAD practices compliance standards (including R2) and value recovery models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to get the ball rolling and thrive in a build-from-scratch environment.
- Track record of building and growing customer relationships particularly within schools public sector or mid-market businesses.
- Leadership potential to scale a team and oversee future growth initiatives.
