(SDR) Partner Development Rep Role:
The Partner Development (SDR) Role supports the business development and client retention of unmanaged and existing Global Payments software partners. The goal of this team is to drive revenue increase retention reinvigorate and strengthen partner relationships. Primary responsibilities include both sales and support roles proactive/reactive outreach managing day to day activities and account questions.
The Partner Development (SDR) Role is split into two roles:
Partner Development Representative (SDR):
Engage proactively daily with partners that have been less-active to drive strategic initiatives.
Document and track all engagement activity in CRM
Work alongside Marketing Partner Management Sales and Integrations to engage strategic initiatives campaign and/or product opportunities to drive new merchant referrals and maximize revenue.
Provide reactive support to software partners needing assistance with various issues or questions such as change of ownership bank account changes commission questions trainings integration questions etc.
Work with all departments of the company including Finance Underwriting Customer Care Dev Services and Legal to achieve solutions for software partners.
Consult and provide training to partners on topics such as rates software integrations sales best-practices etc.
Reporting for partners to establish goals opportunities and to identify trends to improve sales.
Travel as needed to trade shows and sale summits to discuss issues features and business development.
Support for Strategic Partner Management Team by managers discretion.
Qualifications
2-5 years of related work experience in the areas of sales account management and/or business development.
Efficient sales skills and abilities
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Problem solving and client service skills
MS Office application use Salesforce and Google Suite experience
