Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for keeping design projects on track Were seeking a Design Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of design deliverables across multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of all design requirements across projects.
• Assign and allocate tasks efficiently to meet project milestones.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among internal and external project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist in managing supplier claims from creation and communication to validation and follow-up ensuring timely job completion.
• Track and report on design turnaround times to maintain program integrity and transparency.
• Collaborate with internal and offshore design teams to resolve and escalate design inquiries ensuring smooth project progress.
• Accurately close out system tasks to support effective management reporting.
• Work closely with the Design Lead and field coordinators to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients/customers providing responsive communication and support throughout project delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design process documentation.
• Support any other activities as directed by the business.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project coordination preferably within a design or creative environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with design workflows and supplier management is a plus.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting systems.
