JOB TITLE:Job Coach REPORTS TO:Employment & Transition Services CoordinatorQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GEDBCI & FBI Background ChecksEMPLOYMENT STATUS:Part Time as needed flexible hoursSUPERVISES:Transitional Youth and Adults with DisabilitiesGENERAL DESCRIPTION:A Job Coach provides individualized support to help people with disabilities prepare for obtain and maintain employment. The Job Coach works closely with students and adults in real-world job settings to teach workplace skills build confidence and promote FUNCTIONS:Complete and organize OOD documentation maintain accurate recordsChecks email and messages frequently/dailyProvide services for individuals on caseload complete reports in specified timeframeServe as a Liaison for partner businesses ensuring timely communicationJob Coach during Summer Youth Program (June - August)Travel to meet with clients or provide services within Columbiana and Mahoning countiesOther duties as assigned SUBMIT APPLICATION TO:Kitty Kromer ext. 55184
