About the Role
As the People & Culture Operations Administratoryoullplay a vital role in supporting core HR processes and ensuring smooth operational delivery across the employee lifecycle. From managing employee data and documentation to supporting HR systems and projectsyoullbe the go-to person for day-to-day People queries and administration.
Youllbe responsible forHRIS administration including processing SNAP tickets managing employee surveys and supporting cyclical projects like Rem Review and Smash It Day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
About You
Relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced high delivery HR team
Qualifications in a HR-related discipline desirable
High process orientation and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task prioritise work and deliver to deadlines
Strong communicationand collaboration skills
Exposure to HRIS data management and entry-level systems knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
