Business Development Manager to join our team in the international freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain solutions with a proven ability to generate new business nurture client relationships and expand our global footprint in air ocean and road freight services.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets in air freight ocean freight and multimodal transport.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive offerings.

Develop customized logistics solutions and proposals in collaboration with the operations and pricing teams.

Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients and vendors.

Monitor sales performance KPIs and prepare regular business reports for senior management.

Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings.

Maintain uptodate knowledge of global trade regulations customs compliance and freight forwarding practices.
Experience:
- 2 years in similar Industry/MNC
- Air Ocean custom clearance experince is mandatory.
