Your Job
Join the airline industry ! Help travelers across Europe North Africa and the Middle East with bookings changes and questions. Provide excellent service and create great experiences .
What Youll Do
- Support customers by phone email and chat
- Answer questions about bookings sales and complaints
- Handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism
- Create change or cancel flight reservations
- Support ticket operations: issue modify cancel
- Share accurate info in real-time to help customers decide
- Deliver positive memorable service
- Listen actively and give personalized solutions
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in French both written and spoken
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- 6 months experience in customer service (required)
- Experience in tourism/travel big plus
- Great communication empathy & teamwork
- Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre Amadeus Galileo) advantage
- Flexibility to work in shifts
