Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Experience: 2 3 Years
Location: (Delhi NCR)
Company: Infiniti Power Private Limited
Key Responsibilities / Essential Role Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of electrical cabling distribution boards (DBs) switch sockets MCBs MCCBs mounting procedures and handling rectification calls.
- Basic ability to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and understand UPS block diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in managing client projects and handling corrective electrical service calls.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring timely response and resolution of service issues.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver service as per their expectations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to service calls maintenance and issue resolutions.
- Handle escalated service calls efficiently with professionalism.
- Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel Word Outlook and familiarity with the Windows OS.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / in Electrical or related field.
- Experience: 2 3 years in a relevant electrical engineering or service role.
- Location Preference: Candidates willing to work in Rohtak Delhi NCR.
