As Sales Account Executive for Northern Greece based in Thessaloniki you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence in both existing and emerging markets. We are seeking professionals with a proven track record of creating long-term value for organizations who are passionate about customer success and adept at solving evolving client needs. This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a willingness to travel in order to foster strong strategic partnerships.

Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients offering expert guidance and support.

Actively interact with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with Edenred solutions driving long-term retention.

Monitor sales performance analyze data and present insights to enhance efficiency.

Foster a cooperative and dynamic environment within the organization to achieve collective success.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

A Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or Economics

3-4 years of B2B sales experience

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics

Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments

Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus

Team player

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Fluent in Greek and English
