Tasks
What Youll Do
- Work directly with the CEO to co-lead the company and shape its trajectory.
- Take full ownership of GTM: generate pipeline run sales calls close pilots and grow revenue.
- Be hands-on: from customer research and outreach to demos and negotiations.
- Drive marketing and positioning ensuring Wavess 2.0 resonates with customers and investors.
- Help unlock milestones that pave the way for growth funding and scale.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A builder of revenue engines equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and thinking strategically.
- Experienced in SaaS B2B or fintech sales/marketing (or all three).
- Hungry for ownership: you dont want a job you want to build a company.
- Comfortable with early-stage chaos and excited by the upside of equity-first compensation.
- Able to show proof of hustle: youve closed deals built pipelines and grown ARR in the past.
