Job Summary

Job title: Business Analyst

Location: Dallas TX

W2 role- only locals

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Documentation:

Elicit analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders both internal and client-side.
Create detailed user stories and use cases that clearly define what the system needs to do from the users perspective.
Maintain and refine the product backlog ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for development.

Sprint & Agile Management:

Facilitate and manage sprint planning sessions daily stand-ups and sprint demos.
Work with the Product Owner to ensure the development team understands the vision and goals for each sprint.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate daily with the offshore development team to manage workflow clarify requirements and remove roadblocks.
Act as the primary liaison between the offshore team and the onshore business and IT stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to all relevant parties.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate with clients to manage schedules address technical queries and ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure that the delivered solution aligns with the clients business needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a dual role of Project Coordination and Business Analysis within a technical or IT environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Expertise in writing clear concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Experience in creating use cases to detail system behavior and user interactions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience coordinating with offshore teams is highly preferred.
Highly organized detail-oriented and a proactive problem-solver.
