The Microsoft Teams Room & Telephony Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Room systems with a focus on Logitech conferencing devices. This role includes managing MTR devices via Microsoft Intune and Teams Admin Center ensuring security compliance and optimal performance for enterprise collaboration environments. Additionally the perimeter includes Teams Telephony support (users call queues Auto-attendants voicemails) and related troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
L2/L3 Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Panel systems across multiple locations.
Support Microsoft Teams Telephony systems across multiple locations (users call queues Auto-attendants voicemails)
Troubleshoot audio/video issues connectivity problems and firmware updates.
Diagnose issues with Teams application and Logitech peripherals.
Work with HDMI USB network and display configurations for conference rooms.
Manage and Support Audiocodes Poly Yealink phone devices.
Troubleshoot Intune device enrollment policy conflicts and app deployment failures.
Troubleshoot SIP/H.323 VoIP integration and external meeting compatibility.
Request and ensure QoS firewall rules and proxy settings for optimal call quality.
Manage Logitech video conferencing devices like Rally Bar Tap Meetup and Sync.
Ensure Teams Room licensing and security compliance.
Administer Teams Admin Center (TAC) and Intune for policy enforcement and device monitoring.
Document FAQs best practices and troubleshooting guides.
Monitor devices health and status using Teams Admin Center (TAC) Logitech Sync and Intune.
Manage firmware/software updates for MTR/Phones devices and Logitech software.
Perform regular audits security compliance checks and proactive maintenance.

Qualificaton:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in IT support AV conferencing or MTR/Intune management.
Certifications (Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Logitech Collaboration Specialist) are a plus.

Microsoft Intune for MTR device management (enrollment compliance policies)
Knowledge of Azure AD Conditional Access and Zero Trust security
Networking knowledge (LAN VLAN QoS firewalls VPN SIP/H.323)
Audio-Visual (AV) systems & peripherals (displays microphones speakers)
