Job Title: Loan Operations Associate
Location: 5 days onsite in either Columbia MD/Glen Allen VA
Duration: 6m Contract to hire W2
Citizenship: US Citizen

Top 3 Requirements
Loan Product/Operations experience
At least 1 year of professional experience in the Loan space
Ideally coming from the Banking industry
Knowledge & Skills
Experience with MS Office Suite
High level of accuracy and great attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Flexible able to adapt to change
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Loan Product/Operations experience
